Not quite as I'd planned, this one. Well, in so much as I slept later than I'd wanted to, and then the cafe I was going to try was full. But I went for a run anyway, and had a very nice coffee at an old favourite, and, a bit later, found a very lovely spot near Assistens to sink a rose and get some reading done. I'm on Henry James' The Turn of the Screw and it's actually quite scary. I was up late last night with it (hence the sleep-in) and am hoping to be done with it by the evening, though I'm worried as to how that will look. He does momentum and suspense and terror so brilliantly, so effortlessly.
As you can see (above), I just poured a wine and am ready to get back to it. Please excuse me.
