20140123-224923.jpg The penultimate day of our week by the beach, this one - silvery clear and bursting with light first thing in the morning and then a golden and blowy afternoon.

We had fish and chips at the pub, the only place to eat in town not that you'd want anything else. It was easily one of the best counter meals of my life, fresh as can be seafood with zesty mayo and they even made us a jug of Pimms and lemonade complete with cucumber, strawberries and lemon. Much more than I'd have thought from a quiet old fishing town and didn't I love it.

* Daisy and I walking the jetty - we sure aren't afraid to mix our prints, are we?
