I'm not naturally a morning person, mornings are hard for me and crawling out of bed usually takes all I have. I like the mornings though, like getting all I can out of the day and feel like an early rise puts me in a better frame on mind. I feel ready and on top of things and can take my time, I even manage to get to work before 8 most days and still fit in a little yoga stretch-out or a latte for the bus ride. One of the best ways to kick start my day is a smoothie. I'm starting to get better with green smoothies and more adventurous combinations, but still keep coming back to this classic. It's easy and sweet and I always have the makings in my kitchen...
